Instructions and templates

ACM has developed a new webpage which contains the new proceedings templates and CC2012 guide. Please follow the instructions in http://www.acm.org/publications/icps-instructions and use the ACM SigConf template also available in http://www.acm.org/publications/article-templates/proceedings-template.html/ for the preparation of your camera-ready paper.

All papers must strictly follow the format and instructions published in https://2017.teemconference.eu/publication/ in order to be published as part of the ACM Digital Library Proceedings.  The final camera-ready version should be updated in the EasyChair system by replacing the attached PDF file of your original submission with the .DOC or .DOCX word file containing the SigConf-formatted camera-ready paper.

Authors who are having trouble with either the TeX or Word  templates need to email ACM’s support team at Aptara: acmtexsupport@aptaracorp.com

Rights management

Authors MUST add the correct ACM rights management text to their paper; ACM provides the rights statement to authors after they complete their form.

Please, have into account that you must reserve a short space at the bottom of the first column, first page, of your camera-ready paper to hold the rights management text, which will be similar to the following as provided by ACM to authors:

Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for personal
or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are not made or
distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies bear this notice
and the full citation on the first page. Copyrights for components of this work
owned by others than ACM must be honored. Abstracting with credit is
permitted. To copy otherwise, or republish, to post on servers or to redistribute
to lists, requires prior specific permission and/or a fee. Request permissions
from Permissions@acm.org.

ACM uses an automated rights management form collection system for ACM published proceedings. You must use this system. The conference name for ACM Proceeding metadata is:

  • Conference name: 5th International Conference on Technological Ecosystems for Enhancing Multiculturality
  • Conferece short name: TEEM 2017

As rights management emails are sent from an automated system, there is a chance that emails sent will wind up in SPAM folders. Please make sure that you set email SPAM settings to allow emails from rightsreview@acm.org.

Accepted authors will be sent the ACM form and complete instructions.  A weekly reminder will be sent to authors with outstanding forms. Reminders will be sent every week until four weeks before the conference/workshop. After completing the rights management form, authors will be emailed a copy of the form and the correct rights management text to add to their paper.

Special issues

Authors with best papers will be invited to prepare and submit extended versions to be considered, after a new peer review, for publication in several special issues of the following scientific journals. Some of them are mainly linked to specific tracks (as it is described in each track page), others have a more transversal scope and papers from all tracks may be invited.
